Release Time

Our Released Time ministry runs approximately from October through Easter. It is run in conjunction with the Wyoming Central School. Classes are generally every other Monday afternoon. The children are bussed from the school to First Baptist Church of Wyoming, where we teach the children about God and His Scriptures for about 40 minutes. We follow a different theme from the Bible each year for this ministry. This is all on a volunteer basis. Only the children who want to come participate, and parents need to sign a permission slip.

Jr. Church

This ministry runs during the second half of our Morning Service, except during the summer months. Children from age 3 to around 11 are welcome to participate. These children are excused from the Morning Service just prior to the sermon, to a classroom where they receive a lesson that is geared specifically for them. Jr. Church is concluded at the conclusion of the Morning Service.

Youth Group

Youth Group meets a couple of different times. They have their own Sunday Bible Study together in the Matthew Room, which is specifically geared to Biblical principles concerning the issues they are facing, grades 7th-12th

During the school year, the Youth Group also meets on Sunday, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Their time together involves fellowship, a highly interactive Bible study, an age-appropriate small group time of interaction and application, and games. This is available to young people in grades (7-12).

Awana and Youth group will have their closing programs May 18th.
