A typical Sunday morning:

Join us on a Sunday morning and grab some free coffee before Sunday School.

Sunday School: 9:15 A.M.

Sunday School begins at 9:15 A.M. Sunday school is a great time for people to learn with one another. It is not a lecture style class, instead it is very interactive. There are great conversations as everyone is able to share their thoughts on the subject. If you like talking about the Bible and learning with fellow Christians you will love Sunday School.

Classes to choose from:

  • Co-ed Multigenerational Class (Adults / Teens)
  • Men’s Class
  • Women’s Class
  • Children’s Class (3-6 years)
  • Nursery (Infant – 2 Years)

Sunday school ends at 10:15 A.M. and gives people time to catch up and converse with one another.

Sunday Service: 10:30 A.M.

Music:

We use a “blended” style of worship where we may open the service with a great hymn of the faith utilizing the organ, piano, and violin and the same week play a song you just heard on K-love or Family Life Network. This blended style of worship allows those that grew up with hymns to sing songs they are familiar with and allows those that are new to the faith to sing songs that they are familiar with thanks to the radio. This also allows for those new to the faith to learn from the great truths found in hymns and those that are new to modern Christian music to appreciate the depth and the truth found in modern music.

Scripture Reading:

We have a dedicated time where one of our deacons will lead the congregation in a scripture reading. This is part of our worship service and helps us get our heart and mind ready to hear from the Holy Spirit.

Sermon:

Having served with the youth group before becoming the lead pastor I always take the youth into consideration when preaching. My goal is to teach the Bible in a way that is exciting, passionate, and most importantly sticks to the truth of the text. A professor of mine always told me that we should never bore anyone with the truths of God’s Word. I believe that lives and eternal destinations are changed through the scriptures. You will want to bring your Bible, if you don’t have one we would love to give one to you. I preach out of the ESV version.

Family Atmosphere:

You will quickly notice that many people stick around and chat with one another. We are truly a church family. We care about one another, we pray for one another, and we are invested in the lives of one another. We would love for you to be a part of our family.
